If you select "p" (accept permanently) does it work? This is
subversion just letting you validate the certificate used for https.
You may see this if your certificate isn't signed by a trusted source
(for example self signed). Actually there was some discussion saying
that people get this even with a certificate signed by a trusted
source and that Subversion prompts you regardless of where the
certificate came from. I haven't had time to test this yet.
