Solution for rewriting svn:externals when migrating repository

I've written a Python module which reads and write Subversion dumpfiles.

The script included with the source distribution can be used to
rewrite all svn:externals in a given dumpfile. This is necessary when
migrating a so referenced repository to a new host.

I'm using it at my place of work to migrate a set of three
repositories from our project server to a company-wide subversion
server. (Yes, Subversion is now my employer's "official" revision
management solution. Score!) :-)

Have fun!
