Special characters on Path-Based Authorization

Hello, I have an Apache based SVN server running on Windows with client authentication being made against a Windows Domain. I'm also using Path-Based Authorization and I've noticed that project paths that contain special characters (like ã, ç and so on) are not interpreted and the permissions defined on the authentication file are ignored. Is there a way of resolve this problem? Thank you very much in advance Cheers
