Continuing issues since 1.4.3 update

I am continuing to see issues since I updated to 1.4.3 (I may just back
off to 1.2 if this keeps up). I am trying to commit several changes in
my working copy to the repository using the Tortoise client. At some
point it fails and based on the Apache error log, it is sending a 500
reponse to the client. Here is what is in the log:

[Fri Mar 23 14:35:43 2007] [error] [client 192.168.1.14] Could not
CHECKOUT resource /SWAppliance/!svn/ver/2/trunk/webserv/menu.jsp. [409,
#0]
[Fri Mar 23 14:35:43 2007] [error] [client 192.168.1.14] Could not get
created-rev of transaction node. [500, #200002]

Any idea what might be causing this? Any ideas on how I can get some
better information about what is failing?

Thanks
Tony
