As per the documentation, it is possible to run multiple "svnserve"
daemons each serving single / multiple repositories located across
different folders.

This has worked well in my system running Fedora Core 5 running Linux
kernel v2.6.15-1

Shouldn't be any different for Windows ?

BTW, have a look at the documentation for "svnserve", it is quite self
explanatory.
