Diff with start of repository

Hi all,

Have an issue with SVN that I thought I'd throw out to the masses.

I've just started using Codestriker to set up a code reviewing
environment, using it to talk to both CVS and our newer SVN
repositories.
My issue is this:

In CVS a diff can be performed between a particular version of an item
(be it a file or directory) and version 1.0 (which I believe indicates
the repository before anything was added).
This returns the contents of the file or directory at the specified
revision in unified diff format.

As far as I can tell there is no equivalent in svn (please correct me if
I'm wrong).
How hard would this be to add, say by diffing with version 0?
Would help me out no end with Codestriker, since I want to be able to
review all code _at_ a particular revision, then diff against that in
subsequent reviews.

Any thoughts/comments?

Cheers,
Westy
