  That is strange, please clean before configuring again:

  make distclean
  ./configure --without-berkeley-db
  make

  When configuring on Mandriva 2007 from official sources,
  BDB is disabled automatically because of headers lacking,
  so I think "--without-berkeley-db" is useless in your case.
