Well, are you sure that there are more than 2153 revision in your dump ?
The "svnadmin load" does not display any particular end message, so it may be normal to stop at the revision 2153 if it is the last one.

Do a "grep Revision-number myDumpFile | tail -1", you should get the number of revisions it contains.
