Good morning, Brad.

If your firewall has the ssh port (port 22) open, you can do everything
through svn+ssh (svnserve tunnelled through ssh).

I can use SmartSVN to browse a repository in a clunky sort of way.

You could also install horde+chora (see http://horde.org/chora) . which is
a web-based (php) Subversion or CVS repository browser.
