<URGENT>Cannot use javahl nor command line svn client<URGENT>

Hi subversion team,
 I am in the process of writing ANT scripts to checkout files from
subversion and build all those to deploy it in the websphere application
server. On doing so, I got the error as *Cannot use javahl nor command line
svn client *After that I installed the
csdev\eclipse\plugins\org.tigris.subversion.javahl.win32_1.0.2 in subversion
and set it in path. But now when I try to build my ANT script I am getting
the error as *'The ordinal 3212 could not be located in the dynamic link
library LIBEAY32.dll' *I am in urgent need of solution for this. Can someone
help me out in this regard as soon as possible.
