I see. Well it sounds like the symptoms people get if they have
cookies disabled, but if you're sure you have them enabled, I don't
know what to suggest. Maybe try downloading with a different browser,
or on a different machine, or from a different network (home instead
of office, or vice versa) to try to narrow it down. In any case, I'm
sending this reply back to the mailing list in case others have a
