My apologies; I tested again with 1.3.2 and 1.4.0 and can confirm
that 1.3.2 says "Reverted 'wc'" whereas 1.4.0 says nothing at all. To
those in the know: was this change intentional? What's the reason?

A comment from Ben Collins-Sussman in this enhancement request
suggests that Subversion *should* be printing "Reverted 'wc'" if
that's what it did:
