Well, I only noticed as I needed to use the command yesterday, for the first time in many months, to try to fix a colleague's problem.
(Thanks Felix, too.)

You are correct. I needed both the old and the new url to make it work. Thanks! Saved a lot of people a lot of time.

That might need to be
svn switch --relocate <oldurl> <newurl>
(I think both must be specified with "--relocate".)

Hello,

We recently applied a redirect for http to https with a proper SSL
cert and all. The only fallout is that everyone who had
checked out a
copy of one of our repos now can't use the repo without checking out
a new copy.

My question: Is there a way to change the default location for a
checked out copy locally without having to recheckout the entire
repos. That is to say, can we somehow change the location of the
checked out copy from http -> https. The domain and path are exactly
the same.

you're looking for "svn switch --relocate <newurl>"

Thanks for any help.

James

Billing" laufen bereits.
