I don't think anyone builds or tests with it. And you really need to say
what SVN client you are using.

*WHY* are you using NT 4.0? Not only did they stop selling it year ago, but
even online support for it is ending on Jan. 1 of this year, according to
Microsoft. Please, for your sake and for those who build good open source
tools, upgrade to something supportable and ease their needs to test or
support this outdated OS.
