--username is ignored by svn if started by a Windows service application

Hi,

one of our customer uses subversion with apache NTLM. Our application is
running as a Windows service and we figured out that --username is ignored
by svn.

I mean something like below:
svn list --username ...

Does anybody have an idea why? Does it depend on a environment parameter?

We don't have this problem if our application is NOT running as a Window
service.

Zsolt
