Problem importing to a new repository.

I've tried a number of things, including trying both RapidSVN and
TortoiseSVN to import to a new repository. I've tried on two different
repositories. Here's what happens.

The import goes normally until at some point it hangs on a file. This file
is not really that large, usually, they are anywhere between 45k and 2MB.
Meanwhile, in the folder which I am importing, a file called tempfile.tmp is
being created and deltetd, created and deleted. I eventually have to end
the program because it has stopped responding.

Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong, or how I can set the logging to
give me some more info? I get no errors in the error log at all.

Thanks
