you always must consider this. Use a dedicated (discardable) mail
address for lists to make the "worst case" (e.g. if you get joe-
jobbed) manageable. You can even use an address where you can tell
the MX to accept only mails from the list servers, but you have to
explain to the reader somewhere in every mail how to reach you
directly.

BTW: I get only little spam to this address, although I use it since
years in many lists. So I don't have the need to set restrictive
filtering.
