Try using "plink.exe" instead of "TortoisePlink.exe" as your ssh
program. (You can get it from
http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest/x86/plink.exe) It's pretty
much the same program, except it prints its errors to a console
window, which you'll presumably be able to see.
