It's included in the source distribution as
contrib/client-side/svn_load_dirs.pl.in

If you build from source two things will happen on the file:

1. it's copied to contrib/client-side/svn_load_dirs.pl

2. in the .pl file the $svn property is filled in with the path of the
svn executable.

You can do these steps by hand.

        I want to try out svn_load_dirs and see if it can work for my
group. I've installed subversion, but I can't seem to find
svn_load_dirs. Where is it, or how do I get it?
