error when checking out from svn

Hi
I did a migration from cvs to svn using cvs2svn utility .I get the
following errors when i try to checkout using tortoise svn client

Report request failed on 'svn/repos/!svn/vcc/default'
report of '/svn/repos/!svn/vcc/default':200 OK(http://server)

I am using tortoise svn client.The repository is on a windows machine
running apache and is a DMZ box

Any idea what is going wrong
