Windows Subversion + Apache + TortoiseSVN + SVN::Notify HOWTO

Hi Guys,

After some time learning the configuration issues of all these tools woking
together, I wrote this HOW-TO.

If someone has a good place to put this information fell free to do it.

Special thanks to David Wheeler (author or SVN::Notify) for all support and
revision of this HOW-TO in english language.

The doc covers:
- Subversion basic windows installation
- Apache installation (default and Active Directory integrated
authentication)
- TortoiseSVN basic installation
- SVN::Notify installation.
