Strange problem with repo corruption

From: Fernando P. Nájera Cano <subversion_tigris_org_at_fernandonajera.com>

Hello,

Yesterday I had a problem with my server and my repo got corrupted.
I've traced the problem down to these lines in the error log:

,-----
| Provider encountered an error while streaming a REPORT response.
| [500, #0]
|
| A failure occurred while driving the update report editor [500,
| #620019]
|
| Error writing base64 data: APR does not understand this error
| code [500, #620019]
`-----

After a bit more research, I've found A LOT OF these 3 lines,
sometimes several times in a row, some days there are none. Although
we have never found problems until yesterday.

I don't know what the problem is here. I can't find any information
about "#620019". I event don't know if the problem is Subversion or Apache.

Can anybody help me? I made a recover/verify cycle and it seems to
work now, but I need to know my data is safe - right now, it is not!

My sistem: Windows 2000 Server SP4 + Apache: "Server Version:
Apache/2.0.55 (Win32) DAV/2 mod_ssl/2.0.55 OpenSSL/0.9.8a SVN/1.3.1
PHP/5.1.2", accesing via https in custom port. Repositories are BDB,
only accesed by Apache.

Thank you very much in advance,

Fernando
