Georg,

the problem you encounter indicates a version mismatch in the apr library used
by both Subversion and Apache. Since apache 2.0.52 the apr was updated, and the
Subversion windows packages were built for apache 2.0.54 ( or higher ).

If you are really tied to that apache version ( ignoring all security patches
etc. ), you can still build Subversion from source with the apache 2.0.52.
