New "Subversion Version Control" book page

Hi all,

I finally got around to setting up a web page dedicated to my book
"Subversion Version Control: Using the Subversion Version Control
System in Development Projects", so I thought I'd post a patch to the
web site with a link to the new site instead of the really ugly
Amazon link that's on there now. The new site also has a link to a
PDF of the book, which can be freely downloaded (it was published
under the Open Publication License).

I'm attaching a patch to the project_links.html file in the SVN web
site.
