upgrade svn 1.2.3 -> 1.3.0 with BDB repository

Hi everybody,

We use Subversion with a BDB repository. I read in the 1.3.0 release notes
that there's an issue with the upgrade to a newer BDB version.
1. How can I tell which BDB version my repository uses? The machine runs
FC4.
2. What exactly is the issue with upgrading SVN? Does Subversion statically
link BDB, or does it use a shared library? What can cause the BDB version to
upgrade?
3. Did anyone write a recipe for this upgrade?

Thanks,
Noam.
