Webbased management for subversion

Hi all.

I'm in the process og setting up Subversion for som staff on campus.
Everything is working, but they would like to use it for students and to
minimize the work involved it would be a lot easier (at least for me
:-)) if they could manage user rights themselves. But none of the
teachers have much linux-knowledge, so...

Is there a tool out there that can manage user-rights on the
svn-directories in a webinterface? I have briefly read the documentation
for Insurrection and WebSVN, but I can't figure out if they actually
allow you to change the access-rights on repositories in a browser. None
of them worked out-of-the-box, so I need some guidance to where I must
focus my attention.
