Why svn+ssh take 2 times for list' svn command?

Hi, after read documentation and follow this mini-howto
http://svn.haxx.se/dev/archive-2004-03/0253.shtml instruction, my svn client
ask me two times my password.

Why does it ask the password twice ?
Can anyone help me ?
