You even quoted that entire message in your reply.

Everything I've read indicates that Manider intends to have a single
repository, and just inadvertently wrote SVNParentPath when he meant
SVNPath.

Now that that's fixed, we can look at the next problem:

That looks very suspicious. You say you're using Apache 2.0.54, yet
the log file says it's version 2.2.0? Could you have two different
Apache2 installations on the machine, and are you perhaps looking at
the wrong one's log files -- or have you modified the wrong one's
configuration file? That 2.2.0 log file says it has the mod_dav_svn
module loaded, so that's already a good sign.
