I don't use AHOS, but in AHP there is a checkbox for your schedule that
says "Force Builds."

The mailing list has seen a couple posts in the last 2-3 weeks. But
only because I started the discussions with questions of my own. I
can't speak to why the web archive of the list you presumably found
hasn't updated yet.
