Moving subversion repository

Hi,

I'm trying to move my svn repository to a different computer and I've
copied over all of the configuration files but I can't seem to access my
repositories. When I do an svnlook, it says there's a Berkeley DB error
and that permission is denied. Everything is chowned to the correct
owner. Is there some sort of db lock issue?
