Resuming a failed switch

From: Toby Johnson <toby_at_etjohnson.us>

I have a very large working copy which I was switching from trunk to a
branch. It failed partway through because a file in the branch had a
case collision with one in the trunk (I'm on Windows).

So now that I fixed the problem, how do I resume the switch? Just "svn
up" the top directory? ("svn info" in the top directory does indeed
indicate the branch I was switching to). Will this finish properly
switching all the subdirectories which might not have gotten switched in
the first go?
