cvs2svn

Hi guys,

I used cvs2svn minutes ago. The command was 'cvs2svn -s repos/ CVSROOT/'
/subversion/repos is not existing and should be created then. CVSROOT is
a copy of my cvs files.

Now it did nothing else than copying the files to /subversion (not to
/subversion/repos) and creating some files like 'cvs2svn-branches.txt'.
Did I do something wrong?
Do I have to create a repository before?
Any hints will be appreciated.

Thorsten
