You might try the TortoiseSVN users@ list.

Is there any reason you are not using TortoisePlink for SSH?

You can possibly try Subclipse. Using Eclipse as a general tool for this
is more lightweight then it sounds, and the JavaSVN adapter in Subclipse
uses a pretty fast SSH implementation. At least according to Subclipse
users that have compared it.
