NEON version

Hi!

The question is:
why to limit the version of NEON library so strict?

I'm asking because I have NEON lib installed separetely in the system.
And I constantly upgrade it as soon as new versions become available.
Now I have NEON-0.25.4 installed.
But SVN ./configure requires 0.24.7.

Generally, it is not a great problem for me,
but... it is planned to upgrade to NEON 0.25.x ?
