You are giving far from enough info for anyone to help:
What OS are you using?
What versions of OS, Apache and SVN are you using?
What did you do?
What happened?
What did you expect to happen?

I suggest searching the web for "ESR smart questions", a good
guide for asking the right questions by Eric S. Raymond.
