integration with ClearQuest?

Hi.

Has anyone here ever tried integrating Subversion with ClearQuest?

(before anyone asks: we are stuck with CQ. We could use CCase as well, but
decided to use Subversion because it's better for our needs.)

The kind of integration I'm looking for:
- Commit closes a bug (with list of files, TXN, revision, etc.);
- Commit adds a note to a bug (as above);
- Have a bug linked with a revision/tag/branch.

I guess the road will be through SVN hook scripts; but does CQ provide any
hooks/APIs for updating bugs?
