using part of a repository only for storing

From: Sascha Herpers <herpers_at_wiso.uni-koeln.de>

Hi,

is it possible to use a directory of a repository simply for storing
files that are not versioned?

What I want to do is, automatically check out source code and complie
nightly builds. The builds should be imported to the repository into a
certain directory. Since the source is already under version control,
the builds don't need to versioned.
The reason why I want the builds to be in the repository is, that I
would have everything in one place. Just in contrast to copy the builds
to a directory outside the repository.

Regards,
        Sascha
