authz documentation?

Hi, I would like to know if anybody can provide me with a link to authz
documentation, or to quickly explain me how to use it to solve my
problem (described below).

I just upgraded to svn 1.2.3, which according to the release notes,
fixes the issue of mod_authz_svn being overly restrictive.

Basically, what I want to do is to set svnserve to manage the following
set of users and paths:

1- users having systems accounts will have write only access to the
whole rep.
2- users with non-system accounts (well-known guests) can have read-only
access to some particular paths of the rep, determined on a user basis.
3- anonymous users have no access to the rep.

Can I do that with authz? how do I specify user names and the access
mode/paths they are allowed to access?

Thanks in advance!
   Claudio
