Malformed Representation header

When I try to update a ~35MB Photoshop PSD I get a "Malformed representation
header" error. When I try to commit a copy of the file (same name, just to
see if I can get it up there) I'm told my working copy is out of date, and I
should update or try committing again. Any suggestions? I've tried IRC and
looking through the issues tracker.
