New bug: binary mime-type with 'native' svn:eol-style

Hi
I have a repository in a Linux server, and WC in a Windows system.
I had a GIF image im my WC, that I wanted to add&commit.
Out of my knowledge, my svn client added a 'svn:eol-style' property
with value 'native'.

I think something rather incorrect happened: though the file had a
binary mime-type (image/gif), the "line terminator" conversion was
applied on committing the file, leading to corruption.

I think "svn:eol-style" should not have influence on binary files:
also I was convinced that this is the case of normal operation, stated
from the svnbook.

Greetings.
