Well, it's been in use for some time, so I declare it herewith officially as
BETA :-)

Boy, I really need to update that readme. AFAIR it uses/restores the meta-data
values everywhere (update, commit, import, add); but the point about
conflicts is still valid.

Yes, it's safe on import; yes, if you do a "propset svn:text-time anything" it
will substitute the correct value by the next commit.
