svnlook throws bdb on fsfs repos

This is with svn 1.1.4.

Running svnlook admin causes a bdb error, yet the repos is file system
based. Somone converted it from bddb to fsfs. perhaps some files
weren't cleaned up during the conversion?

$ svnlook info mDev
svn: Berkeley DB error while opening environment for filesystem mDev/db:
DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery
svn: bdb: region error detected; run recovery.

$ svnlook --version
svnlook, version 1.1.4 (r13838)
compiled Apr 2 2005, 10:37:07

I thought someone had upgraded our svn server, but while
troubleshooting this I realized we are still on 1.1.4. Is this
contributing to the problem?
