problems with encoding

Hi!

I'm running subversion on Windows xp sp1 Proffesional PL [polish
edition] and I have problem with polish fonts.
i.e. when I run cmd.exe -> svn.exe I get:
U?\197?\188yj 'svn help' by otrzyma?\196?\135 podstawowe instrukcje.
There should be letters instead ?\197?\188 and ?\196?\135.
It looks like UTF-8 for me, I've tried chcp with several code pages
but I can't make it working :/
Any ideas how to solve this problem?
