Not sure if I can help, but since no-one else has yet to reply...

-> I moved my FSFS repository from a Windows machine to a Linux box.

when you say moved, do you mean:

moved == hotcopy/filecopy

or

moved == dump->create->load

Not sure if it matters with fsfs, but it might if you're
moving from NTFS/FAT32 to a Linux file system?

So if you just did a hotcopy/filecopy from Windows to
Linux, then perhaps give the dump->create->load a shot?
