Inserting ancestry

Hi,

I'm on the cusp of migrating my 3 years of code to Subversion and have
a small question for which I can't find any answer in the archives.

I have three separate source code repositories representing different
points in time:

(1) the first, a Visual SourceSafe repository, for about 1 year

(2) the next, a CVS repository, until it got a little messed up and we
started again with a "top-skim" import

(3) the last, our current CVS repository.

The same project spans all 3, but I'd **like** to reinstate the
"ancestry" across these different periods of time. I can probably
leave out VSS. I am using cvs2svn successfully to create dump files.
Is importing a continuous ancestry across (2) and (3) into one SVN
repository possible?

For example, can I create dump files then somehow concatenate them so
they occur sequentially?

Thanks,

Steve Spencer
