SVN over HTTP

From: Bittner,Peter <Bittner_at_teamworks.eu.com>

Hi there!

- Is it easily possible to use Subversion over HTTP, i.e. with native
clients (e.g. TortoiseSVN) but in a network / on a system where only
port 80 is open?

- Is there a full-features web client available for Subversion? (i.e.
something like SandWeb - which does not support Subversion yet)

We need to be available to do check-in and check-out though networks
where mainly port 80 is open, all others are generall closed.

From my understanding CVS cannot do check-in and check-out over HTTP,
just SSH is possible. How about Subversion?

Cheers, Peter
