I would, but you hide too well the "new issue" link on your website...
Honestly: I can't find it.
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectIssues can only look into existing reports.
http://subversion.tigris.org/project_issues.html basically only leads to the above page.
And upon running a query, I see no way to report a new issue either...
