per-repository ignore list

 Hi,

  Is there a way to tell svn that a particular ignore list
is to apply to whole repository = every directory (existing
already now or whenever ADDed in the future) ?

  IIUC, the "svn propset -R svn:ignore -F ignorelist ." will
tell currenly existing directories to ignore certain
entries, but not newely ADDed directories, right ?
