checkout -N issues.

Hi,

The -N switch for svn checkout command seems to be "sticky". That is,
after I do "svn co -N URL", any subsequent attempt to do an "svn co"
or a "svn update" updates only the top level files, even when the -N
switch was not specified. Is there a way to force it to checkout
entrie directory structure on subsequent attempts?

Thanks much!
-Hari
