Subversion launch via 'launchd' on OSX 10.4 (Tiger)

hi all,

i note in Tiger that launch of StartupItems, inetd, xinetd, etc. has been (or
at least is being ...) moved to 'launchd'.

has anyone yet come up with a working LaunchDaemon *.plist for Subversion, in
either persistent or on-demand configuration? if so, care to share?

i'm just starting to RTFM on the new launch items. fwiw, the ref is at:
